|  23mm wheels on clod?
do anyone make an adapter that will allow me to put 23mm hex wheels (proline bead lock?) on clod axles?

Yes I use the Integy ones I have both the 17mm and 23mm like them very much,however I have found that the tires continually become loose so keep an eye on that.
