Default Clod Crawler Project Underway!!! UPDATE 3/5/04!!!! FINISHED!

Ok I got around to makin some progress when I got my clod axles and tires in Thursday... heres my progress so far... Im using Hobbico 1/4 scale CS-80 servos for the steering and T-60 aircraft aluminum for the chassis and servo mounts...

Here are the pics...

looks cool i wanted to know how that servo mount works. umm is there any chance that you could send more pic of that id like to do it that way but bot sure how too tahnx

Yea I can get some more pics of the servo mounts tomm. but you need to know that you'll have to have some pretty side wideners cause I have TXT-1 axles and winders on mine... so its about 1 1/2 inches wider than a regular clod...

OK got the Clod finished had to redo the servo mounts and the 4-link mounts but I got it workin great... take a look at the pics...

The CG is really low on this truck... as you can see from the last pic... and artic is about 100* so its got plenty,,, and ground clearance is awesome too...

test run is gonna be today I'll let yall know how it goes...
