Default clod speed

Hey guys, I'm working on a Clod for a handycapped kid soon and am wondering, what gear ratio with 6 cells and a pair of 55T motors comes out at about walking speed. He wont be crawling with it so we aren't worried about stall, but want to keep it slow enough he doesn't kill the dog.

6T? We dont want it to take 4 hours to cross the living room either. lol Will 6T put it at about walking speed?

My searches came up with lots of final gear ratios, but with no Clod experience, and no baseline to judge those by that info is kind of useless to me.

I run 65t integy motors and 9tooth pinion gears and a 6 cell 3300 mah battery or I believe its 6 cells, but it goes a little faster then my walking speed and that is just a little slower then most people

55t with 6 cells will be good with a 9 tooth for walking speed. It will be weak also, no broken shafts..................
