| I'm ready to enter into to a comp I think, I read the comp rules and have a question. Does a tuber have to have a roof? I have a floor, sides and hood cover on but just not sure if a roof is required? Specs: WB 20 GC 4 1/2 Motors hand wound 70T Pinion 9t Servos futaba 3305 rooster esc ccbec Set at 6v spectrum dx6 5000mah knuckle pack custom tube chasis imex red rock claws maximizer bead locks Mods still waiting to make, second esc, upgrade servos to 330oz. ![]() |

| yes, the rules state it must have a solid roof, hood and 2 side panels. BTW- your hood is not "solid" |

| Keep in mind your roof,hood, and sidepanel's could simply be lexan zip-tied to the vehicle. In other words.. if you like the look of your hood just cover it with lexan so it still has the look you want when your not running a comp. H3 |

| You can put it over, or under, just leave it clear if you like the look of the hood. Might look pretty sharp painted Black though. |
