Default My 2.2 pimp cane

Just got it all put back together. I bought it on e-bay a while back and did some rebuilding on it. I put the wheels and tires on it, along with the new body and a D.U.D. setup. It has JP custom rc large knuckels up front with TTR 8mm CVD and straight axles, with 65T motors and BTA kit. I'm running a Novak rooster with a BEC and a MG995 for steering for now but am wanting to upgrade to something a little better. This is my first crawler so i'm taking it a little slow with the upgrades.

Dude that terrain looks great! Where is that place located? The pimp canes love ledges like that. Your rig is very nice also. Do you have any body off pictures? How are the rock stompers working for you?

I don't have any body off pics right now. I will have to take some when I tear into it again to put a new backbone on it. The tires are pretty good in my opinion, I wanted the most clearance I could get. My brother has m3 Moabs on his cane and we both out perform eachother in different spots. They do wear down fearly quick though. That location is in Jacksonville, AR. The AR/LA/MISS guys have comps there.

The body does look badd ass. I really do like that pattern and I may use it myself some day.

Thanks guys,

I am in the process of rebuilding the truck and will post pics of the work soon. I am making a new backbone and mounting brackets for the RX & ESC. I also have some new motors and sub C batteries to make a custom split pack. I would have some new aluminum axle tubes but the seller on ebay hasn't sent them, and it has been two weeks now.

And I wish I could paint like that as well. I couldn't even get the solid black paint to stick without flaking off after a few wrecks.
