I'm just saving the old on/off switch from my clod. I just need to get the TQ3 Radio. I remember that there is a thread somewhere here with the full modification of the TQ3, just search for that.

Are you looking for the switch for the crawler or for the transmitter? Your post is a little vague on the details.

This is the best switch for the crawler:
Very Simple and small dig cutoff for the clod

As for a controller / transmitter, I use a DX6. The transmitter will come down to what you can afford, or what you can modify. You really only need a two position switch on your third channel for an on/off dig on a clod. The the tree position switch will give you front dig, drive, and rear dig assuming you wire up two micro switches. The search feature is great on RCC. This question has been asked many times before as well.
