my boy runs the protocall 55t with his stock pinions. or if you want it a lil slower run a 65t or a 75t

motors dont have "ratios" they have rpms,amp rateings and also rpm/volt.
Unless....... the motor has some sort of gearhead then the motor has a rpm with a geared ratio of xxx

a 55 will cut the stock speed by about half.a 65 even slower.i tried some 45s had some speed but was a little gutless.

ok so will the 65t be abel to tern the stock tires prity will in the rocks

Oh it will turn them. Just not very fast. If your running 22 volts, it should run pretty fast, once.

I run stock gearing 14.4v and 65t. My clod goes about 8-10mph which is still fast enough for some bashing and has plenty of power. Personally i think its about a perfect ballance between speed and power. If i were doing more crawling though i would want to slow it down a little.

More battery cells in custom packs. You need to make sure your ESC(s) can take 14.4v though else lots of smoke!
