Well, after it is all said and done, it came out quite nice. Now the proof will be in taking it out for some trial runs. Er, maybe that should be trial 'crawls'.

BTW, make sure you get the wiring all tidied up so that it doesn't get hung up on stuff.

I made C brackets out of 1/8" aluminum. Then i mounted them on the axle tubes using the holes for the braces. Originally i was going to mount the shocks on the brackets but it restricted articulation to much having the shocks so far forward.

The rod is solid 3/16" mild steel all tig welded. I made my links with 5/16" aluminum and used the Junfac TLT-1 heavy duty 4 links ket it comes with 4mm rod ends for about $38.00.

Yes they'r massive made to fit the original rims. When i first put them on i thought they were a little stiff so i star cut the inserts now i think they'll work fine. I live in Maine so going to have to wait for the snow to melt before i can find some rocks to play on. Thanks for the comments and questions guys.
