| about to order integy tubes and c's....help. http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXTVF7&P=7 Good deal? I want JP's but it's out of stock and I don't want to wait. It says caster and steering blocks. By that I believe they mean axle tubes and knuckles? Price seems a little too cheap for all that in the picture don't ya think? Will they fit inside the 2.2 wheels? Last edited by muddeprived; 04-06-2009 at 08:12 AM. |

The price is for one axle tube and one knuckle. I have the same axle tubes on my super with JP knuckles and it works great. The integy axle tubes do have bearings in the C-hub for smooth steering.

Alright cool. I ordered them on ebay. They were a few dollars cheaper. I only needed one pair for the front cuz i never managed to break the rear stockers. Any tips or worthwhile mods that could be done with em? |

I'm pretty darn sure that's the same set a local crawler I know just got. Looks the same as the set he ordered, purchased x2...received the tubes and hubs to do front and rear. Got them via an ebay store though.

Hmm, those look different then the Integy axle tubes I am running on my super. They must have changed the design. These are the tubes I am running - http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXRTN1&P=7 I see the ones listed above have more holes in them. I'm guessing for clocking options. I have no complaints about my tubes. They seem pretty nice, which is a bit surprising, coming from Integy. They are strong and beefy. Pretty high quality machine work on them too. |
