Default Don's DNA R/C Super Build...project "Envy"

Well, I've been wanting to add super products to our lineup and help breathe some life back into the forgotten class. Unfortunately time as gotten the best of me...till now

Specs are:
Built Clod Axles using lots of goodies purchased from JPcustomrcs.com
DNA R/C Delrin Clod axle cases (Not pictured...yet)
DNA R/C Billet Slingshot sides and skid (narrowed)
Custom Links for 17.5" WB
DNA R/C shock mount extension plates
BTA steering on front axle
DNA R/C Proto 115mm modular beadlock wheels with adjustable offset
Dual HH Crawlmasters
Dual CC Mamba Max's
Revo GTR's
Hitec Servos
DX6

Probably some things I'm missing but you get the point. I'll be posting updates as this project wraps up and nears it's first major comp. Feel free to post up your thoughts!

On to the pics.

That is a great looking rig. Lots of good parts. Thanks for making super parts. Good to see them.

I am liking those DNA wheels as well (need a tester?) They would look good on my excursion bodied super. BTW what body you have in mind for this?

How is that chassis with the shocks in a more upright position? Looks like you have some pretty good adjustability on that chassis.

Thanks guy, I'm liking the wheels as well. I have a few more designs in line as well...but the design part (the wheel face) will be replaceable/interchangeable as desired. Not sure which body yet...have a few here to try on.

The suspension feels very nice and cycles well. I'll of course post up plenty of vids and action pics when it's complete. Plenty of adjustability depending on ride height and wheel base preferences.

First of all...

Thank you for building super class items!!!!!!!!

We need exciting products like these from our bigger vendors to spark interest back up in the super class.

The rigs stance looks great! The wheels are very very nice...any idea on how much you guys are gonna be selling them for? Hope its not to crazy. :-P

I love the fact that the wheels are 4.5"...thats awesome for all the guys running panther custom tires?

All good things...thanks again!

Looks very cool, can't quite see any bracing for the shock towers, is there any flexing in the chassis?

Was wondering when I'd see the "official" release of the cases even though they're not pictured yet...so really not an official release . Nice to see that they are still in the plans.

Those wheels are sweet. 115mm? So are they intended to use a 40 series tire stretched over them?

Yes, they are the size of the XTM wheels like the Thorns as well as the HPI wheels shown in Don's first pictures.

Thanks guys...wheels should be available in limited numbers on our site this week. I'll see if I can't rustle up more pics as soon as I can find some extra time
