Opinions needed: What to do what to do?

I have two clod axles (stock) that I picked up with the intention of building a moa crawler. I have machining equipment and am going to do a full custom rig but I can't decide if I should do a super or a 2.2.

I have an LCC which is still 2.2 legal, a custom PTI based crawler that could be sportsman legal, but nothing in Super. I know building the 2.2 might be a tad cheaper and I could steal the 2.2 wheels from my PTI rig and do something else with that (maybe make it a 1.9?).

Which way should I go?
