Default First build, will this stuff work?

Well I was into RC cars back in high school and decided to pull them out of storage a week ago to see what I still had. Hopefully I have basically everything so I can do a cheap crawler build. My list of stuff:

Clod axles
tekin rebel esc
novak duster 2 esc
2 channel radio setup (futaba, the cheap ones)

I will need to buy motors, a new battery, tires, and the aluminum needed to fab a chassis. Plus the misc link ends and screws.

My main concern is whether or not these electronics will work. I know I will only be able to do 2 wheel steering and thats fine. But will either of those escs be able to power 2 motors? My whole goal here is to do this as cheap as possible because im broke.

Thanks for the help guys.

i use a teken Rebel -1 with 2 stock motors and 8 cells, it works fine. I have even used it with 10 cells and had no problems. You can still have full time 4-wheel steering with a 2 channel radio, all you ned is a -Y- cable for your servos.

Not sure the Rebel or the Duster2 w/ work? With a single servo they might? You might want to run a receiver pack (pretty cheap) or the Novak Nitro regulator .
