Being a Clod as you say if it is two wheel drive then some one has simply made it that way. All Clods have always been four wheel drive and the front and rear axles and gearboxes are just the same. In order to be only two wheel drive you must have a wrong axle either front or back. Simple solution, replace the wrong one with the correct one.

They did make the Clodbuster QD (quick-drive) with 2WD and a single engine. It's smaller than a standard Clod, but does come with the same decal package. Does it look anything like Ebay item #6058943522? If it does, then don't get it becuase that's the 2WD version.
