Default New guy with a question

New guy here, I need an opinion should I build my crawler off of my stock Clod frame or go for something different? I have part of it mocked up and its sitting on the stock frame. Ill post picks soon.

YOu can always just run it the way it is.

Or you can take the axles lock them up put bearings in them get some lathe motors buy or build a chassis and put together a crawler.

I only had the axles nothing else I'm making a chassis and links going to buy my upper link mounts and steering kit and slop the rest together so I have something to drive in the evenings after I have parked my real jeep at camp after a long day on the trail.

you would have to be a genius to create a worthy crawler out of the stock chassis IMO

yes True but you could try to have fun with it while you waited for the goodies to come in the mail.

Well Heck Order up a chassis and wheel thatthing until the parts come in.

I wish I had something that was drivable.

Well a few things like motors, servos, and just the basic junk. The thing that is holding me back is the front/ rear steering and the top of the front axle is hitting the chassis (i only want to trim as little as possible). I want to keep the rear steering, since that is what drew me to the truck in the first place.
