lets good only thing i noticed is for you to get the rcguy.com servo mount for your front so you wont need to use a bumper, they will put your servos out of harms way they are great. be able to get much better angles at rocks this way also. noob_superman |

Yup, that's my old Spider. Had to let Roy pick up a crawler so I can whoop his *** on the rocks with this: He's go the stuff to mount the servos on the axle braces, I'm sure he'll do it soon. |

You better whip my arse, cause if you don't you want live it down losing to a "newbie crawler". When you want to go?Working on getting by batteries cycled and recharged to full capacity. Notice anything different on the lower links? I swapped left sides to the right and right sides to the left.Had to do a little dremel work where the shock mounts to the link.It layed the shock down a little.Lowered it and softened it up also.Put on T-Maxx shocks with red springs with 35 weight oil. ROFL! You know how many times I've owned that rig? All you other guys had plenty of time to move those servos. |

Well I got it from you,not them. I got the front axle servo moved tonight. The screws that come out of the housing that bolt to the axle tubes are really long after removing the bumper braces. Do I need to replace them with shorter screws or just put the nuts on them and tighten them down.To replace the screws I will have to disassemble the axle, right? The screws are threaded enough to put nuts on them and tighten down.Going to do the rear tomorrow night. |
