Default first rock crawler

Just finished putting together my first rockcrawler. Just started this new hobbie and loving it already. I have got a M&L Art chassis 55t lathe motors evx modded to one batt and some crappy servo's and stock clod tires. Plan to add 9 tooth pinnons better servos and new tires. Still lots of fun to play with crawling over all the rocks I can find.

Wifes pink sandles
It also still has stock clod shocks on it seem to work till the new ones arrive should be here today. Also going to lhs today to get aluminum servo arms. Also does anyone have pics of a good way to cut the clod tires to make them grip better?

Make the first pics bigger so we can see the rubber molecules a little better.

bought it off ebay for right about $100 it's made by M&L Art. thye sell chassis motor mounts and a few other things I think. They also paint bodies. I have been designing a chassis in Solidworks that is almost done. This one was just to get me by. Now that the other one is almost done being drawing I will put it on the laser to cut it out I will post pics as soon as it's done.

Just added more weight to the front wheels climbs much better, but now the Airtronics 94357 servo up front just isn't cutting it. Time for a bigger one. I am also thinking changing the esc to a moped right now I have a evx with the one batt mod. Still have a problem of while it's on a slight angle going up a rock the front tires want to slide side ways tires just arn't sticky enough. Is there any tricks to get the tires to be more sticky and would cutting every other tread off help?
