Sorry, it was a joke. I also run the Claw chassis (that's mine in the pic) and my buddy Unholy has a set of Clod axles that are yellow and I give him a bad time about them. |

| Did you paint the axles yourself, or did you buy them that way??? I bought some Clod axles a few months ago that looked very similar to that, painted yellow with the same skid plates... Different knuckles though. After I sold the skids to a friend of mine, I built a rig with the yellow axles and ended up selling it to Unholy. Now he has the 'Stink Bug'. And like he had to point out, I have to point out... I bought the axles painted like that. With that yellow color, make sure to paint the body to compliment. |

| Hi,yes I had a Boyer Tuber,I painted the Gear Boxes Yellow,it had Skid Plates just like the one's on these, the Gear Boxes had Alum Steering Knuckles,Bearing,Locked up but I had to Sell it unFinished to someone on the ClodTalk Board, they took the gear Boxes off the Chassis, put on Black one's,took off the Alum Steering Knuckles, put on Stock one's,was trying to sell them, they probly were mine in the start, there is Gray Primer under the Yellow. The Skid Plates will save the bottom of the cases,I don't have any BIG ROCKS here,my backyard is all Sand.Jim |

| Hi lets see what your truck look like,I'am putting the Tirer,Rims together as I'am online,I will tell you this they are a Pain in the a$$,they put to short of a screw in the Bag,I have to use all longer screw to pull them together, then take them out one at a time, replace with the cap head screws, never again,I will just put Clod Tirer on.Jim Last edited by 6x6bigdollars; 09-30-2006 at 06:07 PM. |

But no point in doing it yet untill something breaks. Wow, I just realized that there are currently three member that own/have owned the same axles in this thread.. (most likely that is.) | |
