did your XLs rub before? what adaptors are you running (who makes them)

I am running the stock 12mm hex with a 14mm hex adapter on it, the a 23mm adapter on it. Tires did rub just a little. I narrowed the wheels and everything is ALLGOOD!!!!!!!!!

I am not useing any widening adapters.

What is the best shock? Are those internal spring shocks from RC4WD.com any good? What about Savage shocks, anyone use them?

i use 2 of them on my homegrown stick with green springs and it did pretty good. too tall lowered truck more and went back to maxx shocks with black springs lower cog now.

shocks go with whatever leight you need but make sure they are oil filled you might wanna think about behide the axle steering

Once you've seen one narrowed Combo Beadlock/Moab XL's...You've seen them all...But it looks good Maybe thats way there's alot of them.
