Check out the spectrum DX6...Think JIA has a thread on modding it to be better for our type of application. A Futaba Attack(?) 4 channel seems to be a really decent budget buy to get started with, I've read some good things about them.

That should make that tube buggy rig of yours almost unstopable!! Can't wait to see some video.

worked fine, although the radio i am using is not a surface, the left stick doesn't center. i guess I;ll get use to it, or get a surface system.

Seems to work great.

look around the forum for a mod that allows u to make it center... consists of a few springs, and a few other homemade parts...

The last video is kinda of crappy. I can't tell whats the front or rear. Plus it keeps going out of the picture and I can't tell if it turned around or not. You need to take some better video.

After watching your last video it looks like you need to limit the down travel in the shocks. The rear axle wants to drive under the frame.

At :11 your front tires crest the rock, from :11 to :13 your rear tires drive under the frame.

At :21 your front shocks unload and at :23 you nearly tip backwards.

Now that you've got a good power system get that suspension worked out. Shouldn't have taken 50 seconds to get up that rock. ;)

And get rid of that 72MHz gear!
