Default The stall article

http://www.projecttwin.com/files/stall

I wrote this for the May '06 issue of RC Driver.

I'm going to see about getting the pdf file of this article so it can be put on RCC.

Questions arise constantly about stall, might as well try to get the file on the site.

That would be awsome, although I have that issue RC Driver already.

Nice, I just read the link that you put in my "wiring motors?" thread, it's all clear now.

I read it, and think it's a great article JIA. But did it ever mention the two different wiring ways? Just a mention that series wiring in a Clod doesn't work right might have helped a few people...

True, slight oversight on my part.

We had a new copy editor that issue and they took it upon themself to edit things so that it read well to an English major, but made a few things sound hokey to someone that's into RC...or electronics.

They also seemed to want to become math majors and say that 16.5-6.9 is 6.9.

Yeah, since I saw how it was in series, it was so bad that i'll NEVER do it again.

I actually joked with Greg about that once:

"As a contributor...can I fire the copy editor?"
