Default Clod Tech: Lower link axle mounts

Here are some pics of my lower link mounts, I fabbed these from 16 ga steel (what else ). They really get the links up out of the way, relieve side to side angles on the rod ends, and help level the lower links. They are attached with a piece of 4-40 all thread bent into a U bolt wrapped around the axle. This is good stuff guys.

What'cha think?

Looks like something I might try My links always hit the braces on droop.. that'd be a good way to get them clear!

Thanks for the reviews guys, I appreciate it. They really seem to work good. Gotta give props to Ace for inspiring the ubolt idea.

skoolbus, glad yer not baffled anymore. I just picked up a package of RPM spring cups for Losi/Maxx and bolted them upside down. New versions to come later.
