I would recomend moab 40 series or moab xls.

I had the stock tires cur for a while too, but finally got tired of no traction. Trust me, you'll notice the difference.

Check ebay for Proline Giant Trac's.
Proline discontinued them, but they can be found new.
They are the ultimate clod tire!

I have IMEX Swamp Dawgs with Maximizer X-75 beadlocks. The foam they came with was really hard so I cut em up into pieces then stuffed it into the rim when I built them. They grip well and look cool .

giant tracs are the best crawler tire im my opinion, and they dont suck in dirt or mud like moabs. they are discontinued so check ebay.

If you still want to play in the dirt(wich is boring ) Than i would recomend 40 series With Proline mashers! They grip almost as well as moabs do(same compound) But have good profile to also work good in dirt/mud where the moab will clog on
Hope this helped!!

I myself, use Losi Zombie Maxx tires with the pins cut out, and tread pattern forward as the lugs are angled forward slightly... No foams in the wheels, eihter... They're a bit on the low profile side, but, they grip like there's no tomorrow... Warm, cold, wet, dry... They've performed better than a lot of other tires I've seen... Including Moabs, Red Rocks, LST's, and so on... Only one guy in our group has come close and he's using HPI tires of sorts that have the bone pattern on them.. Not Dirt Bonz... I can't remember which tho'...

For a racing tire, they've performed VERY well for me... 3rd in my first comp., can climb up a smooth rock face with a 60+ degree incline, and they wear VERY slow for how soft they are... Losi red compound...

check out the new tires on the aftershock, they look like the ones on the LST but with every other lug hollowed out. Even with full foams they are super soft. matter o fact you probably couldn't run them foamless they would just flatten out and wad up. I'm hunting up a set myself.

I would look towards the Giant tracs as well....They've been pretty good for me and an all around good tire to boot

alot of people use to run the losi claws before the moabs came out only problem is they are maxx size smaller then a 40 same way with the zombies a maxx size. read the ultimate tire size listing 2.6 rim is clod rims 3.2 is maxx size and a 40 is a 4.0 so you can compair the sizes
