| cleaning all them wires
ok just have a quick question,i have a NN chassis with clod axles, i was wondering whats the best way to organize all the wires? im using a tekin rebel 2, and a stick pack battery, and a spektrum reciever... plus 2 servos. my first idea was placing the battery in the middle of the chassis with the esc and reciever velcro taped to the top of the battery. now i have it set-up with the esc mounted to the back axle, and the battery still in the center chassis... is there any other ways to mount all the stuff for a clean looking installation? |

I keep wires going to the same place zapstrapped together and to points on the chassis as well... It may not look like a pro build but it keeps them outta the way and looking clean... Most of my wiring tho' is in a water tight box so ya can't see most of it anyways...;)

Some locking box I got from a dollar store... Some pics and info here about what I did... Custom radio box I have another box to use in case this one really isn't that water tight... I haven't put it to the test yet... But I will once I get near some fresh water... Where we usually crawl is salt water and I don't want that on my aluminum or steel parts... |

| Wire Wrap.....
Well wire wrap's are good but i also get smaller zip tie's black like 1000 in a bag form home depot you can run the wires and use a couple to run along the frame etc. as well as keep them together and out of the way around the rest of your truck! Just alway's remember to leave slack at any point where steering and movement might pull on the wires this seem's to be an easy way for me and also show's any first sign's of a problem more easily also...!!!
