| Project "LSC"...for now
this is my first clod crawler..it uses losi 8ight rear shock towers for the chassis side plates with aluminum spacers for a 3 inch width,a 1/4 inch slab of delrin for the battery tray,3/8 inch delrin rod for all linkage, might have to change the rod that connect to servo due to clearance issues...i stiil have some things to do to it like make the rear steering lock out plate, make the servo mount plate, fix the steering rod that connects to the servo, install the upper link mounts when they arrive, make electronic mounting plates, get motors ,put electronics in it and figure out what body i'm going to put on it. it's got a 17 5/8 wheelbase |

Flex shots? It's really going to struggle with the shocks layed down like that, and that's putting it lightly.

That's a smart idea man !! Kudos to you. These are the builds i like to follow. I also remember someone built one out of joist hangers. That is why this side of RC is so good , Your imagination is your only limit. Keep posting man !! PS maybe take some pics outside , might help and show off your build more. |
