Default how do i get the axle tube off?

so i broke the end of an axle tube....i've ordered another set but i can't figure out how to get this bitch off. i got two of the nuts off but there's 2 more that have plastic reinforcements, i can't fit any wrench, nutr driver, or pliers in there to twist em off.

do i have to crack the whole case open? or is there an easier way?

thanks

Even if you got them off somehow without opening the case, how are you going to put the nuts back on? No way to hold the screws from turning except with a screwdriver from the inside!
