Personally I think the delrin would be better. But it depends on the aluminum I guess. Aluminum will be loud and will not give if it is bound up. The delrin is quiet, has natural lubrication, and can give slightly when necesary.

I have a set of the derlin gears and a have not had any troubles. My buddy has the aluminum set and it has held up great to. The only thing that I have noticed is that the aluminum is louder then the derlin. I have not had the derlin for very long so I guess only time will tell.

Aluminum, just keep them lubed well with the appropriate grease.

They're much more durable.

Queston- are you running JPS axle tubes with CVD's? Does that combo work without mods?

Im looking for a smaller aluminum C and knuckle combo that works with CVD's. Something that I can stuff inside a 2.2 rim (preferably MSD beadlock)

Thanks

I often wonder that myself...I use white lithium grease, but that's only because it's the only thing I have in the garage.
