Default JP Knuckles w/ Integy Tubes? Problems?

Anyone know if there are problems mating the JPcustoms Knuckle-pack knuckles for CVD's with the Integy Aluminum C's/Tubes? After fitting both bearings in the knuckle, they wont pivot smoothly. It's like the bearings are too wide, or the Integy C's arent exactly to spec. Same issue on either side. Any thoughts?

Could be you have the old bearings that did not fit. He had new bearings made that he was supposed to send out to everyone that only got the singles.

The thinner Bearings go on the Inside of the knuckles. You have the New inner bearings. My guess is that you have the thinner bearings on the outside instead of in the inside. Try switching the bearings around.

Ahhhh, I see! The knuckles I'm playing with are some that Hackster won at Nationals. I'll look to see if one of the bearings is thinner than the others. I'll keep this in mind when our order of Knuckles shows up too!

thanks,
ryan

So I measured all the bearings, and they are all the same- 8x22x7.

Recently I've put together several sets of JP knuckles and Integy tubes, zero problems, but as run2jeepn says the inner bearings are thinner, 6mm, versus the outer bearings at 7mm.

I ordered 4 JP knuckles and only got one 8x22x7 bearing per knuckle. Inner bearings would help with slite woubble. I hope I can order these. This is my first post on this site. Great site, great info, has been tons of help as Im new to this.
