| Front wheels spin more than back
Have a stock Clod and while driving in tight spots the front wheels will spin and the rear does not. I understand both ends get the same power and the one with more traction will stop while the other spins but will a better speed control help? Or rewireing away from the stock switch that has a power saver option? Lath motors? |

welcome to the clods some people run different gearing in them to help with the axle stall, but you will have it with a clod. some people run like 10p in the front and 9 in the rear

lower gears or motors with more torque will help. but you do need to ditch the power economy swich unless you are wanting to keep it stock.

Never mind I found them with a search... :-) Series did help but this speed controler is terrible, is it really this bad or do I have a problem? |

don't bother with the msc or that switch. Buy an esc. this way worked for me. |

Tried wireing the motors both ways. Parelell just doesent seem to work? Well it' does but not very well. Sometimes it does nothing, other times it just takes off... Just trying to keep this new toy going for awhile before another upgrade. Looks like an ESC is next. |

tekin rebel 2 is another esc to consider. but for a few dollars more than one of those you can get a remanufactured Super Rooster.

Took the msc apart and found black grease buildup on one side. May have been casued by a miswire at one point before we took out the paower saver switch. Cleaned it up and regreased and works much better in parelell, at least drivable... ESC is on the update list with probably a gecko... :-)
