Well I broke down and ordered a CR-01 today finally.. I should have it in about 2 weeks... Then let the build begin... Any suggestions on paint scheme or any tips on the build or things to change please post em up.. God I love a good kit build.. This should be as much fun as the 1st axial I got..

Well, you are in for a treat, as this build is a little more involved than an AX-10. As far as tips, do a serach for the proper suspension set up. The book is wrong. If I remember right, either Eepee or Bender had it in their build thread. As far as color, it seems like quite a few people have been trying to get the authentic look on these. That's what I'll do with my Tamiya body (the Toyota green to match the FJ my dad had when I was a kid), but I have 2 bushwacker basher bodies that I used Spaz Stix color change paints on.
