Default My vintage cruiser ...

I decided to built this rig stock and giving it a just retro paintjob. It will never replace my comp-crawler .... *g*

Little changes I made are: Glued the tires to the rims and changed the rear damper linkage setup (JIA-style, thanx for the tip).

Next, I will add some lights and some scale accesoires.

Enough said, here are the pictures:

I love the white wheels man. They really bring the rig together nicely.

Very nice paint job. But my question is, do you guys with nice paint job really do any crawling with the truck?? It will ruin the paint job instantly.
What a dilemma.................

Nice job! Where did you get the license plate? Is it a sticker? It would be really retro if the plate was black with yellow letters.

Love the color. Was that a custom mix (ie pactra/parma) or spray?

Oh sorry, I´ve been off for a week. To answer your questions:

-Its tamiya PS-32 spray called "corsa gray"

-the license plate is from an tamiya mountaineer decal set.

-I will wheel this rig with another body, this one is more for posing Updates soon....

Cheers Pete
