Default Juggernaut shock on CR-01 chassis

Hi,
i'm new here...just got my second crawler first one is a juggernaut....almost 80% pimp. Well i got a question here i got an extra juggernaut alum shock in my parts box...just wondering can i fit it on the CR01 chassis? it looks small, will it do the job? what weight should i used? thanks thanks

The oil capacity in the Jugg shock is way to small for running on your CR. Pick up some 4 inch shocks, I am using Associated shocks on mine. I left the sway bars front and rear but did not use the cantilever set up. It is much better than stock now, you do away with the unsuspened movement with this mod...

I like that shock setup. What did you use to space the shock out from the chassis? Anything special?

Damn it! I just bought those shocks too cause I wanted to keep it tamiya.... Its still new on ebay it goes then. Will it matter though seeing that im trying to keep it all stock with the canteliver setup?
