Thumbs up

Damn, that looks SWEET!!

I like the rims, the look is perfect. It looks like the body was made for that chassis.

Very Nice Scale rig!

How much more rear articulation are you getting with the link mounted shocks?

thnaks guys for the compliments.. the pics should be working again..i keep exceeding my bandwith....

I have owned 3 or 4 xc trucks and this is the most articulation I have gotten out of it.. I simply followed the post done on scale4x4rc.us and it worked great for cheap..

i will try to post the link up if you havent been to that site...

you got a sweet looking truck there. i always liked those older style chevy's. it looks pretty close to scale, almost like a real truck with the bfg's

Beautiful truck! I'm really thinking of picking up a Touareg for a scale truck. Can you tell me if that kit comes with the Tamiya ESC or not? I can't seem to find any concrete info on that.

Yes, the Toureg includes this ESC;

It can't handle hot motors at all though, not even a good competition "stock" motor. Stay with the stock Mabuchi or Tamiya tuned motor, or a lathe motor.
