Default after market blackfoot axles

does anyone here know if there was an optional axle set for the backfoot trucks
im getting tired of waiting for these http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXGG15&P=7 to get in stock

my lhs final got 1 pair in after waiting for close to 2 months but the problem is i order 2 pairs

You can try tg10 axles, from what I've seen they are the same they will add roughly a half inch. The tamiya # is SP-808.

TG10s need a optional hex adapter to extend the length. issue is as well is thickness of the rim. Right now if I added that hex i wouldnt be able to get the locknut on enough to engage the nylon. The blackfoots allow the use of a stock hex and you stuff washers spacers or some tube type thingie behind the drive pin.
As for avalibility of tg10 parts I dunno how tamiya will handle this. The TG10 is a discountinued car. The TG10mk2 is a very diffrent vehicle and I dont think the drive cups are the same parts. (tg10 axles are sold out all over the place!)
On anothe rpost relating to the lackfoot parts pointed to auctions on ebay for aftermarket widener kits in diffrent widths from a guy in japan. Price was on par for exchange rates so you might wanna look into that if your not willing to wait.
