Default Another Bruiser Framed Tlt

Just Wanted To Start By Saying This Is An Awsome Site, But I Wish I Could Of Found It Earlier. I've Been Seeing A Lot Of Bruiser/tlt Based Rigs In Here So Here's Mine. I Used Juggy Leaf Springs With Revolver Shackles (thanks To This Site For The Idea) Up Front And Quarter Eliptic Springs
Out Back With Tlt Shocks. Originally I Was Running The Tlt Trans, But Due To Major Belt Slippage (again Wish I Would Of Found This Site Earlier) I Am Now In The Process Of Making A Trans Mount For A Stampede Trans. For
Gears I'm Running A 93t Spur And 12t Pinion On A P2k Motor. It's Riding On Swamp Dawg Tires On Pede Rims. This Is Where I'm At So Far...

Looks good. Wish the pics were bigger though.

You must really like the site if you already got a star and everything! I'm glad you've found it nice and useful. Keep us posted on your progress.

I've Been Checking Out The Site For A Few Weeks And It's Good To See All These People Into The Same Hobby I Am. I Haven't Quite Got The Whole Pic Thing Figured Out Yet, But I'm Working On It. Glad To Hear You Like It.

I'm Still Working Out The Kinks On The 1/4 Elliptic Rear, As It Keeps Binding Up. I Still Have To Mount The Links On The New Stampede Trans Mount, I'm Not Going To Use The Tlt Coils, There Just In There For Mock Up And Ride Hieght. I'll Go Over To My Parents After Work And See If I Can Resize The Pics.

OK I THINK I GOT THE PICS RIGHT, BUT THERE BLURRY. KIND OF LIKE BEER GOGGLES. ANYWAYS I SWITCHED THE REAR TO BUGGY LEAF UNTIL I CAN FIGURE OUT THE 1/4 ELLIPTIC SETUP. I NEED TO MAKE SOME KIND OF PIVOT WHERE THE LEAF MOUNTS TO THE AXLE LIKE ON MOST 1:1 RIGS. THE FIRST TWO PICS ARE OF THE PEDE TRANNY INSTALLED WITH MY NEW MOUNTING BRACKET.

YEAH THE SHOCK SETUP IS UNUSUAL, BUT IT WORKS PRETTY GOOD WITH NO BINDING.

Ya, keep us updated on the 1/4 elliptical setup. If it can be made to work on an R/C it would be an awesome scale looking setup. This is something I was going to try down the road.

Yeah I'll Keep Plugin Away Trying To Make The 1/4 Elliptic Work. I Got The Body Mounted Today. I Have The Cab For The Bruiser, Thanks To A Budy Of Mine At Work, But I Don't Have A Bed Yet So For Now I'm Using A Juggy Body I Had Laying Around.

The Second Set Are My Artic Shots. It Seems To Flex About The Same As Everyone Elses Leaf Spring Rigs. I Also Finally Found A Good Use For The Ford Body..

Had A Quick Question For Anybody That Used Blackfoot Axles As Whell Widners. How Much Wider Is The Axle So I Know How Big To Make My Spacers?
