Ahhh... I see what you did there!! Did you have to cut into the chassis at all?? I've been debating on hacking up my Tracer to fit a Pede or R2 trans. (or just buying a new chassis with a lower cg)

I will do my best. It's not to hard I just had to first locate the tranny between the links. To beable to mark & drill holes in the gear side of the frame. You will need to make some mods. to tranny to clear links. Also have to make some spacers to put under it. Than I used brake line to widen frame in middle , than used orig. frt. & rear tube pull it back in .

ok thanks. i was just unsure cause i dont want to mess up my pede tranny. im on a budget.
another question. when i put the tracer kit all together it articulates fine but when i put on my e max shocks they are extreamly stiff and its not the springs cause i can take then off and the same thing happens. i cant figure out how to install my shocks so they will work. did you have the same problem?
