It comes with the sickness. I have all kinds of bodies, cabs, axles, and crap just sitting around. Still have like 3 builds I want to do.

yeah, crawl long enough and you'll accumulate a lot of spares. ive built my 1.9 so far out of spare parts as well. hey john, how long is the cobalt 500 with adapter plate compared to a standard 540 lathe? im thinking about running the 500 on my 1.9. | |

With adapter plate the 500 is a hair longer. I will probably get one of those DNA motor plates so I don't have to use the adapter deal.

Yes they do. I don't remember whether it is for 16 or 18mm bolt pattern though.

Nice write up Jhon. I was wondering how tall and wide you made you hammers? Are you happy with your dimensions? Great pics btw. |

Looks like the links, upper/lowers & front and rear, are all the same length using maxx rodends and some axial standoffs...care to spill the info on the lengths? I'm recycling some TLT axles and an SW2. I don't think the pede trans will work...it's a little to bulky for the 1.9, and I was thinking of cutting the skid down so the chassis will be 1.5-1.75" wide. It would keep me from having to buy more stuff if I could use the pede, though. TIA |

I want to share this with you. I did the short axle thing too. But the back was way out of line. It was just as easy as the 2 short axle thing. I started over, put the long axle in and made a real short axle for the other side. Being in the rear, didn't need the ball end to turn. Drill and pinned it and still have the spline.
