| Musk-rat's 1.9 Build
Finally got a change to start on my 1.9 build. This was the basic set-up I had for tri-state crawlers spec class, but was not happy with it and we are going to run 1.9 ruels anyways. So I decided to start from scratch with two MRC side plates and a axial tranny. Before anyone says it, the dig will be gone on the completed truck. Tranny plate just big enough for the axial And in almost completed rolling form. Hope to get more completed tonight |

It is about 7.90 inches. I need to read the 1.9 rules to see if it says what the gate markers will be set at.

Flex shot. I can get about 3 inches of flex with the front and rear springs both compressed all the way. I have no comparison, but that seems decent for a 8.5 inch wb. What is everyone else getting? Hopefully there will some boxes waiting for me when I get home |

Thanks. The wheels that I am using are HPI Stock Car http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXNV38 with traxxas drive hex http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXJH98 The tires on there right now are the 1.9 Tomahawks, but I will be switching to 1.9 Losi for testing, once the 1.9 Flat Irons come out I plan to go to them. Other than that wheel combo, I have done nothing special |
