| Pinion Skidplate
I've been trying this out for a few days now, thought I'd post a pic: I used one of the flexible cutting board sheets to make it. I got 2 for a buck (Canadian buck, so thats like $0.83US ) at the dollar store, and tried out a few other ideas before I got to this. Zip-tie mounting to the links caused binding. Making it longer caused binding. Its screwed into the old btm link holes, then zip-tied just tight enough not to flop to the driveshaft. Works great, no more rubbing the pinion on rocks. |
