| Aluminum Knuckle Prob
I got some Yeah Racing aluminum knuckles and I have a problem. They cause binding in the axle. Without the center section in and one axle at a time. The wont lay flat inside of the housing. What can I do? http://www.tcscrawlers.com/Yeah-Raci...V-p-16240.html |

I'll try swapping them. They didnt come with any instructions so I had no way of knowing. Are they marked somewhere that maybe I overlooked?

Yeah that did it. I noticed one is slightly longer. They arent marked and I dont have the packaging anymore so I cant double check to see if they came with instructions. I wonder why these are offset because the original ones arent. Thanks.

The Yeah Racing aluminum knuckles are crap. I am sorry to tell you but I have owned 10 pairs over time and had maybe two pairs that were decent. Throw them away before you break or wear something out. The best and most consistent knuckles I have found are the RCP max steering aluminum knuckles. They are the only brand knuckles I will buy and use. You need to be careful with setting up knuckles and axle c's. If there is any bind they will wear out CVD's faster as well. All Axle C's and steering knuckles are offset. Even the plastic Tamiya stuff is offset. |

I couldnt tell. I plan to do more upgrading as far as axle c's and cvds go, got all stock now minus blackfoot stubs, so i'll use them for now and then change them later if I notice an issue.
