| Blackfoot Vs Tg10 axles
A common way to make the the tlt axle a bit wider is to use blackfoot axles. I wonder if there is another possibility using other axles: once I saw very wide hexes used by some Tamiya's car. They could be used in conjunction with longer axles (tg10 ?) which have the pin hole in the same position of the original ones. Has anybody tryed ? Thanks Filippo |

TG-10 axles are longer, but only give you more thread area. If you are going to use wideners (check out MSD), you need the Blackfoot axles for more space behind the axle pin for the widener to fit.
