| My Bulu 2 resurrected/updated *PICS*
Decided to redesign and clean up my bulu 2. I have been crawling pretty hard with it whenever I have time and it was definately time for some maintenance. Rebuilt the axles, and cleaned the bearings, same with the tranny. Then went on to redesign the front link setup. Along with some other little modifications while I was at it. Im starting a new project soon as im done with finals in a few weeks, I cant wait!! Specs Chassis: Bulu 2 WB: 12.75" Axles: TLT with full tamiya bearings Tires: Moabs with hpi split 5's and 2nd gen rock rings Body: Rock Pleazer Tranny: Pede with bearings and alum idler Motor: Lathe (sometimes I switch to MM) ESC: LRP (waiting on my tekin 2 to arrive) Links: Revo pushrods all around except top links on front Shocks: MGT aluminum threaded (4.25") (now im using t maxx red aluminum shocks) Servo: JR 8800z Battery: GP1100 6 cell (tucks nicely over the top links) so here are some pics while its still clean Last edited by Brandon; 01-22-2006 at 06:11 PM. |

Nice looking crawler. I just picked up the Rock Pleazer body for my project crawler and had a question for ya. What is the track width of yours and do you have any problems with rubbing the body? Mine is roughly 10" without any widening yet. Not that this can't be fixed with some trimming but thought I would ask.
