Default I cant even finish 1 project

Well i cam across an ebay auction just now and I couldnt pass it up...

Comes with a stampede trans with FULL metal gears (even including the diff from the looks of the pictures)
Brand new TLT axles (and rest of kit)
Revo links ( looks a lil bit long with prolly use some tmaxx ones)
Bruiser frame (but looks like it has a hilux front cross member )

All for a $200

Its going to get this body

Frame will be shortened 3/4s of an inch, just like my Jeep Bruiser, because the blazer body actually fits that chassis perfect.

other plans include but arent limited too:
Servo mounted to axle or maybe RC4WD.com Proto type servo mount ;)
Full 4 link
tmaxx shocks
Juggsterr Bruiser dual shocks mounts
custom pede trans mount (gotta research badgers truck a bit)
locked - axles/trans/rear steer
Custom front bumper and rear bumper

Maybe see if i can fab up a interior cage... but with the skills I have wont be to likely...

I havent even finished the fawkin 4runner yet...O well, At least I'll have 4 trucks for the trials comp in PA for the Monster Jam in Jan.

Keep an eye on this thread for the build up when I finally get it.

Mike

Looks like a good score Mike. Let me know if you need a cage bent up. I think that body and frame together will look very good.

Damit, how come I never find this stuff on Ebay.

Is that a real Blazer body or a clod W/ shell molded on? The K5 was my first 4X4 since then I've had 2 more. One of my fav's for sure! I'll be watching for sure...

Looks like fun! If you want I have some threaded aluminum shocks (RED) that are maxx length that will go great with that body. But not with the frame lol.

Ya, Um I got a set of shocks you could use for that project to. They are purple in color. So they wouldn't match the frame or the body. I will send you the shocks and you can send me the frame and body. Sounds like a good deal to me.

Default body

The body is custom made, I got it off a member from another forum, It was a built by a guy by the name of Rcrodder (not who i got it off of) but he started doing really shady work so he was banned. There probably wont be to many of these made again...super sancho (aggy) has a surbaban body by the same guy but it took alot of work by another member to make it presentable. This one isnt in to bad of shape, the fender was cracked which I glued already, its going to need some sanding and some reinforcing & body work and then a cool paint scheme. It was a clod buster, and has been shortened about 3/4 of an inch and then had a cap fabricated onto it (and this one isnt card board , unlike some of the other guys work). Ill keep you guys updated. my goal is to make it look like k-5 from PS2's test off road wide open.

If you guys like that body check out my other custom chevy clod body

later

Lemme sleep on that and ill get back to you LMAO

I want to strip the frame anyway, I want to do the body a 2 tone gray and white, so a black frame will be an order

Nluvwith - Ill Pm you on the shocks as im going to need some anyways...
