Default My bigger and better, LB TLT-10 crawler (56K WARNING)

I fininally got it all done almost. I just need to lock the center diff.

Specs:
4.4' center clearnace
2.2' axle clearance
13.75' wheelbase
19' long

Custom made dogbones. 1/8' rod and drill bits

You can see the driveshafts somewhat. They were very hard to make.

With about a centimeter left under the chassis.

Gotta have a pretty background right??

Winch, still needs a little work.

Looks good. What kind of tires are those? They don't look like mashers, and look like a harder rubber compound. What body have you decided to use?

I like the winch too. Seems like its the thing to do now. Guess new rules will have to be made for "chord guidance" because its only a matter of time before side and rear winches are implemented.

Lol.. terrible one was correct. They are cut-n-shut clod tires. Just the right size I think. I am going to get a jeep body or chevy body soon. I need to make some body mounts.

I will update the pics when I get some body mounts. I will also add some action pics once I get the center diff. locked.

Nice

I just got a set of clod tires myself, now mine has almost the same exact measurements as yours. How wide is your truck with tires? Mine is 9.5 in, which seems way too small

I have the wheel wideners and clod hubs, so it is 12 inches to 12 1/4 (counting the lugs)

thanks for the complements. Do you have any pics of ur tlt custom?? If so, u should post em up. I think I remeber seeing pics of them on ultimant rc (or w/e that is) forum.

Looking good Kid! I like those cut and shuts!

I can't believe how much axle clearance you have now with it! Awesome!

Have you figured out the shock problem yet? I remember they weren't getting full compression or something....

How well does the winch work using a 3003? Will it pick the whole truck up off the ground?

For some reason I can't get the winch to work. It was just a test servo anyways. I think I will get a good servo, and make a better mount and stuff.

I havn't changed the shocks yet, so I don't know the shock problem. I will work on my car this week.
