| drive shaft ???'s
ok guys, i ordered a tlt when it will be here i dont know it was shipped out monday. . well ive been getting my parts ready for it, and was wondering, since i dont got the cash, if i could use some sliders that are 2"s compressed with the stock legnth of the tlt links. if any of you could, please measure the legnth of the tlt dog bones, id greatly appreciate it. peace, John

Its really difficault to use sliders with stock TLT tranny.

NOT GONNA USE A STOCK TRANS. ima use a traxxas sledgehammer trans with a custom motor mount plate so everything is more compact. tranny is also gonna go under lipo pretty soon. so anybody do any measuring? peace, John

thanks man. i needed taht. but now how can i get my shafts to be that short? or should i just buy stuff to make longer links instead of getting stuff to get pede long shafts? cmon guys i need ur input

The sliders are plastic and you can pull them apart and trim some off each end of the inside and that will make them smaller. For my RBX' I sugest 12.5 inch wheel base. But that takes a lot of mods. | |
