i tried to make some skid plates at least 4-5 times and by the time i was done the metal was bent some many times it just cracked.

Looks good. How long did it take to make and what did you use: material, tools, etc... I was planning on doing the same thing but wasn't sure where to start. |

Nice work, but seems silly to me. The TLT housing can be dremeled smooth and it slides over things much easier.
