| Another SW2 crawler I named EVA (56K warning)
This is my first crawler and I named her project "Eva". This was a working progress since 11/05 when I bought a stock TLT on ebay. Thanks to rccrawler for good source of info. Now to specs and pics.. wb=12 1/2" (might stretch it 1/2" more) width=10 1/4" clearance = 3" Chassy = SW2 axle = TLT (locked front only, will lock rear once 55 lathe is in) tranny = locked pede w/ ball bearings 18T pinion w/ 87T Spur shaft = pede sliders (2females and 1 male) wheels = front pede (narrowed inner rim) tires = swamp dawgs motor = stock (55 lathe backordered) ESC = XRS servo = Hitec 645MG radio/reciever = futuba AM body = beater ford (still designing the paint for pro-line Ford Courier) Stocker Stock Chassy w/ pede tranny guess what's in the box? SW2 front back poser shots I'm working on painting the new courier body right now and still waiting on a freakin motor. Can't wait til this thing is done so I can hit the rock garden at the park near me. For now she's a dog runner. Last edited by crawl_tis; 01-23-2006 at 11:09 PM. |

Installed the 55 lathe (about time) and locked both axles. Mehn, what a difference! Finished the scale look body (Ford Courier) Next is the rear steer once my TQ3 comes in. |

Nice job. I like the white body on that too. I have been waiting for my lathe motor since November and it has shipped according to Tower. They are still listed on backorder so there must be a huge demand. My SW2 has just been sitting ever since. Just curious. What springs are you running? Losi White/Red??? Thanks alot. |

I'm using losi whites on front and Maxx reds for the rear. I used to have losi white on all 4's, but the torque steer is too much. So I put the reds back for the rear to compensate it. | |
