Talking 1960 Land Rover Body

(NOT COMPLETE) I'm thinking about running this 1960 Land Rover body. Canvas top with roll up sides and fold down window. What do you guys think? Be honest, If it does'nt work out I'm going with a Courier Lexan body. I've gutted it as much as possible and am bracing it as I speak.

I found someone else on here that ran this body, He left his stock and it sits alot lower. Mines gutted (lighter) and braced (stronger) I'm going to put round headlights in the middle of the grill to give it the real rover look. More to come, I'm far from finished with this body.

Angry Body Cancelled!!!

This body looks cool but is too top heavy and is a bit to wide. Project has been cancelled! I think it would of looked good but is not the way to go. On to Lexan.......

Default Too bad

Looks like you have the same problem I have with my Tundra. May be we should have a plastic body class?

Talking Project Olde Yellar Finished!

Well I finished my rig this past weekend and took it out with my Poo Water Crew. No major problems. I had a little body/tire rub but got that all trimmed down. That was it. I must say for my first crawler I was impressed how good she performed. I would like to thank Robb at HOBBIES-N-STUFF for all the parts that got this thing complete, and everyone in Poo Water Crawlers that gave me info and trial/error support during my build. You guys made it happen....And yes Robb,Kuen,Phil and Hal I will let you get ahold of the contoller and give her a spin. Perfect rig no changes

P.S. I will still be the camera guy!
