you can rig up just about anything...........many rigs have a chain drive tranny 1/8 mugen buggies etc. start lookin around on ebay and tower hobbies for ideas

The evader trans work well, or about any buggy transmision. Start searching around, youll find many other alternatives to the stampede trans.
