Default Border Patrol Bronco

Well let me say this first, I'm NOT trying to do ANYTHING political here, I've just always thought Border Patrol vehicles are pretty cool.

Stats:
-Novak XRS esc, Traxxas 3ch RX, TQ3 TX
-Wheelbase of 11.75"
-Center clearance ~2.5"
-stock side plates
-Moabs on stampede wheels
-6-32 all thread Al sleeved links/Tamiya rod ends
-custom 182:1 transmission using the parts from 2 Radioshack rearends
-What I think is a ?280? motor, from one of those RS trucks
-Maxx drivelines
-Maxx shocks at full compression while sitting at ride height
-Rear axle "Fozzy" locked with small amounts of hot glue, front locked with a flipped spider gear

That thing looks sweet man! I really like the liscense plate. The chassis looks pretty clean as well. How about a side shot w/ body off?

Thanks for all the complements. The truck is still kind of in the shakedown, get-all-the-bugs-out stage, since I need an interior/driver (haven't found a 6" tall Dubya action figure yet), and the transmission has been ripping pinion shafts in half...the motor doesn't ever stall, things just break.

tahts sweet, did you see the border patrol in the issue of news week i believe, it was all tube chassis, air shocks with a pre runner set up, on like 35s with dual gun mounts up front now that would be a sweet job to drive it

The small amount of differentiation in the rear allows for tighter turns- like when setting up for a specific line.

Wow...I'm amazed by the response that body has received, now it kinda makes the 10 or so hours into it seem worth it.

Would there be any interest in another body painted this way- like a Wrangler/F350/Suburban or something?
