Just wondering but, why the wideners ? Also you going to use a smaller battery pakc? I like fact that you use what you had laying around. Suggestion.. If you plan on keeping this as comp rig I move the tranny mount plate to bottom and use something like derlin or a cutting board. It may help with drive shaft angles and you may look into a moped esc it very small and is only around 30 bucks. But other then that keep up the good work.

- whats your wb and how wide is that thing ?

Looks nice but the wideners are sagging! It is too wide. Also with T-maxx shocks to replace the tlt ones then you'll get more travel, they also look better.

he knows how to build a truck as do i and a lot of other people. the difference is that we all cant afford to go buy all the best stuff at once. hes making a start and like a lot of trucks it will be evolving as he goes. so check up on it every now and then.

What did you use to paint the body? Did you roll paint on by hand? Definately a different texture on there.

i have ran it and the driveshafts hold up fine. i need to order some parts as the rear went out on me.

check back for updates, i was looking at getting a moped esc and a lathe but since this whole truck is original, why go with what everyone else has, im heavly considering the brushless and im probly going to go with that.

not at all, i just painted this body cuz when i cut it up, it just didnt look right with the silver and red and yellow every which where. i painted this and some shocks lime green to go with my good body for this. i cut up some maxx shock springs and painted them to match the body when im doing comps and what not and the shocks that im going to put on there for comps perform a lot better than the stock maxx shocks.
